2. Caesar Salad

Salads are the perfect accompaniment to many dishes because they are so fresh and light.

To add a little crunch and moisture as a side dish for Beef Nuggets we recommend Caesar salad.

Caesar salad Ingredients

  • 2 Romaine lettuce

  • 2 anchovies

  • Bread with a lot of crumbs from the day before

  • 1/2 peeled and cored garlic

  • 50 gr Parmesan cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Alfredo Sauce

Directions

  • Wash and cut the romaine lettuce (it is the crunchiest and the one that best withstands the sauce without getting soft) Set aside.
  • Remove the crusts from the bread, sprinkle a little garlic, and cut it into squares.
  • Put the diced bread on a baking tray, sprinkle with a little olive oil and salt, and bake at 180º for 10-15 minutes. If you do not have an oven, you can sauté them in a frying pan until golden brown.
  • Put the lettuce in a salad bowl, add grated Parmesan cheese and shavings to decorate and add texture. Then toast the bread croutons and finally dress with our Alfredo Sauce to taste.

Add your personal touch! You can use the salad of your choice.

How to make Zucchini noodles?

If you like your zucchini noodles as fresh as possible, the best thing to do is to make them at home, it is very easy and there are several utensils with which you can make them without much effort.

1. Use a Spiralizer

Wash the zucchini and cut off the ends, place it next to the blade, and spin and you’ll get curled noodles in seconds, repeat with another zucchini if necessary to obtain the desired amount.

2. Try the Julienne Peeler

You may have this cutter in your kitchen, the julienne peeler cuts the noodles thinner and more delicate so it is a good and quick option to make your zucchini noodles.

3. Use a Mandoline

With a Mandoline, you can make your noodles much faster than with a Julienne peeler and many Mandolines have the option to change the blade so you can vary the size of your noodles.

4. Handheld Spiralizer

It is one of the most popular and practical utensils to have in your kitchen, it makes noodles very similar to the Spiralizer but you need a little more physical effort to do it, as you have to hold the zucchini and the manual spiralizer firmly and turn the zucchini to get the noodles.
